
These chocolate donuts are soooo easy to make, you will need a donut pan though like this one ( UK this one) and proper cup measurements!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2/3 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup organic coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup almond milk or any milk would work
- 2 eggs
Icing
- Coconut cream (top part of full fat can)
- Maple syrup
- Dark chocolate
- Melt the dark chocolate, mix in some coconut cream and free pour a little maple syrup, then drizzle over the donuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F / 180Β°C
- Lightly grease your donut pans with coconut oil
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy
- If you don’t have a blender; lightly whisk the egg and almond milk together and then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until smooth
- Spoon or pour the batter into your prepared donut pan and bake for 10minutes!
- Allow to cool before icing
